• Planning & designing the international digital marketing strategy and campaigns approach at Vorwerk (acquisition, engagement, retention)
• Manage team of digital marketers to deliver campaigns and go-to-market activities
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices for digital channels, paid media, and internal reporting
• Create models for campaign targeting, audience management and customer segmentation for digital engagement across all markets
• Define and own digital marketing goals and benchmarks, drive regular inspection to determine success of digital marketing initiatives and communicate those to larger team
• Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance.
• Connect digital marketing initiatives and support direct sales strategy, communicate efforts and outcomes to key stakeholders and leadership
• Partner with centralized digital, and E-business teams to ensure alignment and appropriate leverage of resources, as well as advocate for unique technology (website relaunch) needs of team
• Recommend and implement A/B testing across all digital channels to continually seek inputs to guide channel optimization
